How It Works

Duration:

  • Depending on readiness, depth and intention, this journey is an engagement of 12-24 months to enable a significant vertical shift in capacity and mindset. This is significantly faster than most leadership programs and other coaching methods, which are generally not designed for vertical leadership development.

Monthly sessions:

  • 90 to 120-minute monthly coaching sessions over 12-24 months.
  • Sessions conducted via Zoom or in person
  • In-person sessions are also offered as walk-and-talk sessions in nature (Skåne/Malmö region).

Assessments (at start and end of coaching journey):

  • Vertical Holistic Leadership Development Profile (StageSHIFT)
  • Pesonal Values Assessment (PVA, Barret Values Center)
  • As an add-on, 360° interviews with 3-6 key stakeholders are recommended for the best possible outcomes.

Between-session support:

  • Reflective practices, such as journalling, are encouraged between sessions. Questions for reflection are tailored to your context and challenge.
  • Support via email, WhatsApp or phone between sessions, before or after critical leadership moments or challenges, based on our agreement

Confidentiality:

  • All conversations, assessments, and reflections are fully confidential. The coaching relationship is a trusted container for deep reflection, challenge, and integration. NDA can be signed if needed.

  • 12-month fee paid in full in advance, or split up into two five-session invoices (50% up-front and 50% halfway).
