Elisabet Lagerstedt

Elisabet Lagerstedt is the founder of Future Navigators and an experienced executive, advisor, and executive coach. 

Elisabet has 30 years of experience from business, in and with companies as Unilever, Hilti Group, Thule Group, IKEA, Oatly and others.

After 20 years in leadership positions within large corporations, Elisabet has, since 2013, partnered with C-suite teams, owners, and boards to move beyond business as usual—through insight, strategy, innovation, executive coaching, and deep transformation.

Since 2011, she has also mentored purpose-driven entrepreneurs at Lund University to support the development of the next generation of business leadership.

Elisabet is the author of Better Business Better Future (2022) and Navigera in i framtiden (2018); her blog was named one of the Top 100 Business Blogs in the World by Feedspot (2025).

She holds an MSc in Organisation & Leadership from Lund University, has completed executive education at Harvard, IMD, Oxford, INSEAD, and Singularity University, and is on a path to a PhD in Transformative Business Leadership.
